Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

 Open to current and Future Tenants in the academic year 2009/2010 and 2010/ 2011 only.

For full terms see below.

   1. The current or future tenant that refers a new student to us that then takes a room for the next academic year on a full contract will receive £100 off their last rent installment. The NEW Student must be unknown to us.
   2. Should a tenant who refers a new tenant to us not take up the accommodation this agreement is void and a cash alternative is not available. Tenants with rent arrears for either academic year are not eligible to receive the £100 refer a friend incentive.
   3. All rental payments of the tenant must be upto date before the £100 is deducted from the final rent installment.
   4. Tenants that are brought in to complete an underlet agreement are not deemed as a New Tenant.
   5. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
   6. Clubeasy Property Management Ltd decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   7. Clubeasy reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
   8. This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
   9. The promoter of this Incentive is Clubeasy Property Management Ltd, Beechwood House, 131 Cottingham Road, Hull, HU5 2DH.
 10. Offer valid from April 2010 until September 30th 2010.
