All gas appliances are serviced annually by Gas Safe Registered Engineers in accordance with The Gas Safety Installation & Use Act.

Every bedroom door has it’s own lock and key.

All mains smoke/fire detection equipment are tested and certified annually.

All furniture in ClubEasy properties conform to the requirements of the furniture in rented accommodation act.

All ClubEasy properties have burglar alarms with their own code.

All staff and contractors are security checked and carry valid I.D. cards.

Moving In / Out
Moving in to Student Accommodation
Your room will be available from the date that your contract starts. Prior to you moving in we will have cleaned the house and carried out any remedial work we feel is required. You can collect your keys for your new home from your local office.
The offices are open 9.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday. During the summer we will open on selected weekends to make it easier to collect your keys and move in.

Leave the student house clean and tidy
Don’t forget with

, ClubEasy will give you the first opportunity to stay in your house for the next academic year. Eventually, however, you will have to leave us.
Towards the end of your tenancy, ClubEasy will send another letter thanking you for your business and reminding you of your obligations to leave the house clean and tidy.

At
Clubeasy
we are aware that the signing of a tenancy agreement could be the first legal document that a student has signed. Before any student who visits our office signs an agreement with us, fully trained staff will ensure that students are aware of its contents. Please remember that wherever you go for accommodation you will need to sign a contract.

ClubEasy and the Environment
Through a continual restoration improvement policy we are always looking at ways to make our portfolio more energy efficient. Most properties are insulated and double glazed to the latest government standards. We have thermostatically controlled heating and encourage all students to use energy in a responsible manner. Our latest programme is the installation of smart meter’s which ensure student groups have instant access to their energy consumption.
Our new EasyOption1 package (available on selected properties) puts you firmly in the driving seat for the carbon footprint of your home and provides the facility for students to financially benefit from sensible utility usage.
