Tutti gli apparecchi a gas vengono sottoposti a manutenzione su base annua da tecnici qualificati registrati presso il Gas Safe Register in osservanza della legge britannica sulla sicurezza di installazione e utilizzo di gas (Gas Safety Installation & Use Act).

Ogni camera da letto è dotata di una porta con serratura e chiave.

Tutti i dispositivi di rilevamento fumo/fuoco collegati alla rete elettrica vengono controllati e certificati ogni anno.

Traslocare in una casa per studenti
La tua stanza sarà disponibile dalla data di inizio del contratto. Prima del tuo arrivo la casa verrà pulita e saranno eseguite eventuali riparazioni ritenute da noi necessarie. Puoi ritirare le chiavi della tua nuova casa presso il nostro ufficio locale.
Gli uffici sono aperti dalle 9.30 alle 16.30, dal lunedì al venerdì. In estate saremo aperti durante qualche weekend per facilitare il ritiro delle chiavi e il trasloco.

Noi di ClubEasy siamo consapevoli che un contratto d’affitto è probabilmente il primo documento legale che uno studente si trova a dover firmare. Prima che un accordo venga firmato presso un nostro ufficio, del personale esperto si assicurerà che il contenuto di questo sia stato compreso fino in fondo. Ricorda che ovunque tu ti rivolga per cercare casa dovrai firmare un contratto.

ClubEasy e l’ambiente
Grazie ad una politica di continuo miglioramento, siamo sempre alla ricerca di modi con cui rendere le nostre proprietà energeticamente efficienti. La maggior parte delle case sono dotate di isolamento e vetri doppi in base agli standard governativi più recenti. Disponiamo di un sistema di riscaldamento controllato mediante termostato ed incoraggiamo gli studenti ad utilizzare l’energia in maniera responsabile. La nostra ultima idea è stata l’installazione di Smart Meters che assicurano che i gruppi di studenti abbiano un accesso istantaneo al loro livello di consumo energetico.
Il nostro nuovo pacchetto EasyOption1 (disponibile in determinate proprietà) ti mette completamente alla guida dell’impronta di carbonio della tua casa e fornisce agli studenti la possibilità di trarre un vantaggio economico da un utilizzo intelligente delle risorse.

Moving In / Out
Moving in to Student Accommodation
Your room will be available from the date that your contract starts. Prior to you moving in we will have cleaned the house and carried out any remedial work we feel is required. You can collect your keys for your new home from your local office.
The offices are open 9.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday. During the summer we will open on selected weekends to make it easier to collect your keys and move in.

, ClubEasy will give you the first opportunity to stay in your house for the next academic year. Eventually, however, you will have to leave us.
Towards the end of your tenancy, ClubEasy will send another letter thanking you for your business and reminding you of your obligations to leave the house clean and tidy.

Clubeasy
we are aware that the signing of a tenancy agreement could be the first legal document that a student has signed. Before any student who visits our office signs an agreement with us, fully trained staff will ensure that students are aware of its contents. Please remember that wherever you go for accommodation you will need to sign a contract.

Through a continual restoration improvement policy we are always looking at ways to make our portfolio more energy efficient. Most properties are insulated and double glazed to the latest government standards. We have thermostatically controlled heating and encourage all students to use energy in a responsible manner. Our latest programme is the installation of smart meter’s which ensure student groups have instant access to their energy consumption.
Our new EasyOption1 package (available on selected properties) puts you firmly in the driving seat for the carbon footprint of your home and provides the facility for students to financially benefit from sensible utility usage.
